Owner, General Contractor, Realtor
Eric founded Win-Win Remodeling to deliver beautiful, thoughtfully designed remodels — completed on time, on budget, and grounded in honest communication.
As a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor and Accredited Remodeler, Eric leads the company’s Pre-Construction Planning Process, helping families move forward with clarity and confidence before construction begins. With engineering degrees from NC State and an Executive MBA training from Wake Forest, he brings disciplined planning and financial oversight to every project.
Eric is ultimately responsible for every customer outcome and believes trust is built the simple way:
Do what you say you’re going to do — when you say you’ll do it.
Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife Blair, their four children and growing families, camping across the country, and caring for their 120-year-old historic home.

Project Coordinator
Kevin guides Win-Win Remodeling projects through the construction phase, overseeing daily scheduling, material coordination, quality assurance, and clear communication with homeowners. His steady management helps ensure projects move forward smoothly and with minimal disruption.
Kevin understands that renovation can feel overwhelming — and takes pride in helping anxiety turn into excitement as progress unfolds. He believes consistent communication and organized execution are the foundation of a positive remodeling experience.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in International Studies, a background that strengthens his communication skills and ability to understand diverse perspectives. That foundation supports his work coordinating teams and collaborating with homeowners — ensuring that everyone involved in a project is aligned and moving toward the same goal.
Outside of work, as a relatively new resident of Greensboro, Kevin enjoys exploring the Triad and North Carolina with family and friends.
Words he lives by: “Treat every home as if it were your own.”
For Kevin, that mindset guides how he approaches each project — with care, accountability, and respect for the families who live there.
