Eric’s passion for remodeling goes way back to his childhood. As a young teen, he would daydream about sketching house plans. He ended up getting his engineering degree at NC State and later joined a commercial real estate mortgage company. He was made a partner of the firm and, during his time there, learned valuable lessons about construction, finance and customer service excellence. With his wife’s encouragement, Eric pursued his childhood dream of home design and construction. He founded Win-Win Remodeling LLC in 2015.

After selling sheetrock and managing the showroom at a local building supply store, Carolina realized how much she enjoyed working closely with contractors and learning about the construction industry. She eventually took on a management position for a company that specialized in commercial jobs. While working onsite, Carolina gained useful insights into effective construction management. Win-Win benefits from Carolina’s attention to detail, knowledge of real estate, and creative problem solving.
